Aigentry FZ-LLC (the "Company", "we", "us") builds AI agents for UAE
businesses. This policy explains, in plain language, how we handle
personal data across our corporate website (aigentry.ae),
our product surfaces (such as aisales.ae), and our
customer interactions. Each Aigentry product also publishes its own
product-specific privacy notice — those notices take precedence
inside the relevant product.
1. Who we are
Aigentry is a Dubai-based company building AI agents that work like
senior colleagues for UAE businesses. Aisales — the AI sales agent
for UAE real estate — is our first product. When you visit
aigentry.ae we act as a data controller
of the personal data you submit (sales enquiries, partnership
requests, press queries, job applications). When you use one of our
products under a paid agreement, we act as a data
processor of your customers' data — your business
remains the controller.
2. What we collect through this website
- Name, work email, phone, agency / company name, role, and any free-text message you submit through /contact, the press form, or a career application.
- Anonymous traffic metadata: pages visited, referrer, country-level location, device type. No third-party advertising trackers are loaded.
- Cookies are limited to first-party functional cookies (e.g. the dismissed-announce-bar flag) — no marketing cookies, no cross-site identifiers.
3. What our products process
Each Aigentry product processes operational data on behalf of the paying customer — for example, Aisales processes conversation transcripts, buyer enquiries, and listing data on behalf of UAE real estate agencies. The full processor-side details for Aisales live on aisales.ae/privacy. Future Aigentry products will publish equivalent notices.
4. Where your data lives
The default Aigentry posture is UAE residency for operational and customer data: Azure UAE North (Dubai datacentre) for databases, file storage, and search indexes. Authentication identity is processed by Microsoft Entra External ID for customers, which is a global Microsoft service — we never see or store passwords. Marketing-site analytics (when wired) and email delivery (SendGrid) are processed by the named subprocessor's regional infrastructure.
5. Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiry, demo request, partnership question, press query, or job application.
- To deliver the products under any paid agreement between Aigentry and your business.
- To improve our products using aggregated, de-identified usage signals.
- To meet UAE regulatory obligations (RERA, ADREC, PDPL) where applicable to a given product.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use customer-content data to train AI models outside the contracted LLM gateway processing the active conversation.
6. Retention
Sales enquiries and applications submitted through this website are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless you become a customer (in which case the relevant product's retention policy applies). You can request earlier deletion at any time — see Section 8.
7. Subprocessors
- Microsoft Azure — hosting (Azure UAE North) + Entra External ID for customers (global).
- Microsoft Azure OpenAI — language-model inference (UAE North where available; otherwise EU).
- Meta WhatsApp Business — messaging delivery for product channels (per Meta's regional infrastructure).
- SendGrid — transactional email.
- Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps — static-site delivery for marketing sites (no PII stored at edge).
8. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing info@aigentry.ae. We respond within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
9. Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting active customer relationships are also notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
