These Terms govern your use of aigentry.ae and any
public-facing Aigentry corporate channels. They do not
govern the use of our paid products — each product publishes its own
Terms of Service (for example,
aisales.ae/terms),
which take precedence inside that product's scope.
1. Who we are
Aigentry is operated by Aigentry FZ-LLC (the "Company"), a Dubai-based company with a planned IFZA free-zone registration. The Company is the legal entity behind every product in the Aigentry catalogue (Aisales today; Airent, Aimortgage and Airecruit on the way).
2. Use of this website
You may read, share, link to, and quote content from
aigentry.ae for legitimate business, journalistic, or
research purposes. You may not scrape the site for resale,
impersonate Aigentry, or pass off our brand mark, wordmark, or
copyright on your own materials.
3. Press & brand assets
Brand assets published on /press may be used in coverage of Aigentry without prior written permission, provided the attribution is honest. Modification of the brand mark (recolouring, stretching, adding text inside the tile) is not permitted. Email sales@aigentry.ae for non-standard uses or higher-resolution assets.
4. Contact submissions
When you submit a sales enquiry, partnership request, press query, or job application through this site, you agree that Aigentry may contact you about the substance of your submission via email, phone, or WhatsApp. We never share submissions with third parties for marketing purposes. 5. Product Terms
Use of any paid Aigentry product is governed by that product's own Terms of Service, accepted at sign-up. The current product terms in force are:
Where these corporate-site Terms and a product-specific Terms of Service appear to conflict, the product-specific terms control inside that product's scope.
6. Intellectual property
The Aigentry name, logo, wordmark, product names (Aisales, Airent, Aimortgage, Airecruit), website design, copy, illustrations, and underlying code are owned by Aigentry FZ-LLC. Open-source dependencies are governed by their respective licences.
7. Disclaimers
The corporate website is informational. Forward-looking statements on roadmap timing, product features, and capabilities reflect our best current expectation, not a contractual commitment. The only contractual commitments Aigentry makes live inside our signed customer agreements and the product-specific Terms of Service.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the emirate of Dubai. Disputes are submitted to the Dubai Courts in the first instance.
9. Changes
When these Terms change, we update the date at the top. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance.
